Facebook, Twitter, etc..Do you use them?

Do all of you use these social networks to promote your business website and/or your blogs? I have just started to and WOW, I am amazed at the hits on my website and blog. I set up a page that branches off from my personal facebook page. I already have over 200 fans (OK, a lot of them are friends) but I can't believe how social networking has exploded.!!
